This Site is for information purposes only, which means that it is not possible to conclude a contract of sale or a contract for the provision of services via the Site. Any advertisements, price lists, catalogues and other information about products and services placed on the Site should not be treated as an offer, but possibly as an invitation to conclude an agreement. An agreement may be concluded as a result of an individual enquiry addressed to the Owner and after the parties agree on the detailed terms and conditions of such an agreement - the conclusion and terms of such an agreement are, however, regulated by separate general terms and conditions of sale defined by the Owner and may be the subject of the parties' arrangements conducted prior to the conclusion of the agreement, for example by e-mail, on the phone or in person at the Owner's premises.

The Website is accessible to all Internet users. The Website provides current information about the Owner's business activities and its products and services. An interested user can also send an enquiry via the contact form, subscribe to the newsletter or download a free catalogue with the Owner's offer.

• Access to email. 

• Web browser in current version: Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, Safari or Microsoft Edge.

ELECTRONIC SERVICES 

Electronic services are available on the Website: contact form and newsletter. 

  1. Contact form – The contact form can be used after the user has completed a total of three consecutive steps - (1) goes to the ’Contact’ tab, (2) fills in the contact form and (3) clicks on the ’Send' field - until then, it is possible to modify the data entered on your own. The contact form requires the subject and content of the message addressed to the Owner and the following contact details of the user: name, e-mail address and contact telephone number.

    The electronic service of the contact form is provided free of charge and has a one-time nature and is terminated as soon as a message is sent via it or as soon as the formulation of messages through it is discontinued earlier. 

  2. Newsletter – The object of the newsletter is to send an information bulletin by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the user, which may contain, among other things, business news and offers of the Owner's products and services.

    Subscribing to the newsletter is done by entering your e-mail address in the ’Newsletter‘ tab shown on the Website, to which subsequent editions of the newsletter are to be sent, and then clicking on the action field and confirming your subscription by clicking on the link in the message automatically sent to the e-mail address provided. 

    The electronic newsletter service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period of time. The user has the possibility, at any time and without giving any reason, to unsubscribe from the newsletter (opt-out) by sending an appropriate request to the Owner, in particular by e-mail to: kontakt@bifalo.com.pl or in writing to the address: ul. Świeża 119, 54-060 Wrocław. 

All content sent by the user via the Website should be accurate, lawful and contain truthful information. It is forbidden to send content which breaches netiquette rules or contains information which is untrue or may mislead the Owner or other persons, as well as content which advertises or promotes directly or indirectly other websites, products and services. The Owner reserves the right to immediately remove content that violates the above rules.
